Store Manager
Store Managers report directly to the Area Manger and their main role is to: maintain a high quality of store operation; analyse financial performance; ensure customer satisfaction; and maintain sandwich quality. You will lead and motivate the team to ensure the financial success of the business. You will support, implement and communicate company policies, processes and procedures to all staff. The role involves the recruitment, training and development of high performing teams.
 
 
 
Assistant Store Manager
Assistant Store Managers work alongside the Store Manager to assist in: maintaining a high quality of store operation; analysing financial performance, ensuring customer satisfaction; and maintaining sandwich quality. You will assist in leading and recruiting the team and in the implementation of company policies and procedures.
 
 
 
Area Manager
The Area Manager will be responsible for supervising the overall operation of the stores in their region. Duties include: overseeing the area’s store management workforce and developing store management talent; managing individual store and area performance; and ensuring area-wide customer satisfaction and product quality. Additional responsibilities include: training and motivating store managers; developing strategic and operational plans for individual stores and the region; and utilising management information tools to analyse and address financial performance.
 
 
 
Business Consultant
Business Consultants report directly to the Development Manger: This is a demanding role supporting our franchisees and ensuring the SUBWAY® chain's strict standards are maintained to the highest level. Duties include; consistently evaluating 25 to 30 restaurants monthly, assisting franchise owners with new store openings and developing local store marketing plans. You will be responsible for making pertinent recommendations to franchise owners with regard to opportunities that exist within our system and to build up your knowledge of all SUBWAY chain policies, procedures and performance standards. Additional responsibilities include; implementing company initiatives, identifying new location opportunities for territorial growth, updating the Development Manager on performance status of locations, assisting franchise owners with restaurant design and construction requirements and providing further support via franchisee meetings and training seminars.
 
 
 
Team Leader
Teams Leaders report to the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager. You are highly customer focused, have the ability to motivate a team and are keen to progress within a SUBWAY® store. You will be responsible for serving customers, following health and safety procedures and keeping the store clean. You will assist in the development and training of Sandwich Artists™ and ensuring customer satisfaction.
 
 
 
Sandwich Artists™
Sandwich Artists™ have a positive outlook, thrive in a busy work environment and are keen to learn to art of great sandwich making. You will work well as part of a team, making delicious sandwiches to customer requirements. You will be responsible for serving customers, following health and safety procedures, and keeping the store clean.
