Fast & Fresh is keen to continue its dramatic growth with a plan of opening 24 new locations in each of the next three years.
We are seeking property to complement our existing network and have defined priorities which we are happy to discuss with developers and agents. We plan to open restaurants in towns we have not entered as yet as well as opening additional sites within the major conurbations. SUBWAY® is FRESH fast food and is becoming the public’s convenience food of choice and as such we wish to have restaurants located where you would typically find the established fast food companies.
We have a very flexible business model in that we don’t have grills or fryers, just fresh ingredients that need no cooking, although our bread is baked freshly on site. This means our space requirements are flexible with us typically seeking 1,200 sq ft and it also means we can operate outside of A3 planning permission with A1 permission.
In America there are more SUBWAY® restaurants than any other quick service restaurant chain and we know that this, in time, will be the case here in the North West.
